Lund has practiced in the area of real estate development and construction
law. He has advised numerous landowners, developers, and public
entities in connection with major real estate development transactions,
including purchase and sale, leasing, financing, land use entitlement,
CEQA compliance, construction, and related litigation. He has
advised both professional and family trustees with respect to real
estate related transactions and disputes. He has also extensively
advised owners, contractors and design professionals in connection
with public and private works construction projects and litigation. Rich
serves on the Legal Advisory Committee for the Associated General Contractors
of California, and is a member of the Oakland Chamber of Commerce Planning
and Construction Committee.
